What is happening with the packages for Version 2021 and Version 2022?

Check the item page for its version availablity. If CV2021 or Version 2022 is not listed then the package may not have been updated for CV2021 or CV2022.

How do I get the package updates for Version 11-12-2021-2022 etc if I already have purchased an older package?

Once the update for Version 12 or 2021 is available, you will need to email us to organize for it to be sent to you.
We may then send you an invoice for the upgrade cost, and once paid, the new package will be sent to you.

What Level of Cabinet Vision are your packages for?

Our packages require equivalent to Solid Advanced or Ultimate.

What Versions of Cabinet Vision are your packages for?

Each package has its available versions listed in its own shop page. Mostly they are for Version 11,12,2021 or 2022.
Most Version 2021 packages will work in version 2022, unaltered, and if not, a seperate Version 2022 package will be available in the downloads.
Most Version 11 packages will work in version 12, unaltered, and if not, a seperate Version 12 package will be available in the downloads.

What Versions of Cabinet Vision do you develop new packages in?

We write all our new packages in Version 2021. We no longer develop new packages in version 11. A seperate package for Version 2022 or later, will be included if required.

After I have imported more than one of your packages, does the order of the UCS’s matter?

Most of the UCS's can be in any order however there are some which do matter:
The "{ SHELVES } -- Shapes" UCS MUST be before the shelf hole editing UCS's
The "{ DRAWS } -- Front Cam" UCS MUST be the first drawer UCS.
The "{ PARTS } -- Adjustments" should be toward the top of your UCS's
The "{ PAINTED PARTS } -- Adds Paint Attributes " MUST be near the top of your UCS's
The "{ CNR90 } --" UCS's should also be toward the top of the UCS's

Once a Solid IT package is purchased and downloaded is not refundable as it is not a physically returnable product.
Should the package not perform as advertised and all attempts to rectify a solution by allowing Solid IT to login remotely in AU.EST office hours to your computer that has the required version and build of Cabinet Vision correctly installed, a credit can be arranged for a future purchase or a a package/s equalling same amount can be emailed to you.
