Your product works just as you claim it does! It's difficult to find software tailored to our business, so I can't tell you how happy I was when I found Solid IT on the net. I was a little worried in the beginning about purchasing this product from the other side of the world, due to support and training concerns, but I needn't have been.

Your product has made such a momentous change to the way we work. Since I installed the database our work has been more efficient, we have been able to get products out faster, with less mistakes and mishaps, and with less waste of materials, saving us both time and money.

And, the service is great. Even though you are at the other side of the world, our transition to using your product has gone very smoothly, with your help. We receive answers to all our questions, modifications are made to suit our needs.

Another plus point is that I only need to purchase the components that I need, not being required to purchase packages for parts we never use.

I am very impressed with your product, and would highly recommend it to anyone!
